A visit to Tatton Park, Knutsford

We had an appointment with a solicitor in Manchester so I took this opportunity to follow my husband down to Manchester. Unfortunately, on my way to Manchester, I am so sick that while my husband went to settle his business and I stay in the car to sleep of my illness.

After 2 hours rest in the car and got better than went to the China Town to bought some vegetables and dried stuffs and ready to start the journey back home again.

Instead of going straight back home, my husband asked where would I love to go for a photo shoot. I had never been to Tatton Park so I choose to go to this park.

Tatton Park is in Knutsford, Cheshire and when we reached the park it was around 4.30 p.m. and been told that the park was closed at 6.00 p.m. Paid for the entrance fee of £5.00 gbp for parking, cycling or walking into the park was free.

So when we drove into the park then we know that how big this park with 250 acres of gardens and it home to an old Tudor Hall. As this place close at  5.00p.m. when we drove to the Old Hall we didn't want to waste monies for the entrance fee due to we only had limited time to view the place.

Instead we spend our time at the park where 100 acres of rolling fields  with hundreds of Red Deers and Fallow Deers. These deers roaming freely around the fields  and there also a rare farm breed animals and woodlands for rare birds species for watching.

When I saw the group of red deers standing together and  were allow to go near these red deers as long as we don't run and scar them off. The park workers drove the trucks around the parkland to take care of these animals.

The red deers group together and it seen they rarely mix with the Fallow Deers. After taken photos of the red deers, we drove our car to another part of the parkland and wow, we saw lot of Fallow Deers and they were amazing beautiful.

Spent about an hour here with the deers but worried that the park will be close in another half hour. So we just took some photos of the deers and left this park.

From what I have seen of this  place was gorgeous but unfortunately, I didn't have time to visit the gardens,  the Old Hall and the farm.  I do enjoy myself walking around the woodland but to the place was so big that I only managed to see a limited part of this place.  The only regret was that I don't have much times to walk around this beautiful parkland and will come again another day soon.

On our way back home, beautiful sky, clouds and scenery but traffic jam on the motor way again due to a car overturned.  Hope all went well alright for the driver.

A sneak peek at Mill Barn Cottage, Cheshire

We were going down to Manchester to see my daughter and bought all the stuffs which she required for her room. she staying with four students sharing house but unfortunately the heater broke down.  Started our journey around 3.30 p.m. but due to traffic jam in Motorway so we had to change direction by using country road.  When we were driving through Chester and the sun was going down. The sky and the country roads became so beautiful.

My husband tried to find a good spot for me to take photos but we came to a country lane. We thought it was a pub so we just drove through but instead of pub  we saw a lot of barn cottages. At end of the lane leaded us to a beautiful lake with a shelter and bbq pit.  The cottages facing the lake with a patio to view this beautiful sight.

I am curious so I took a sneak peek at the cottage. Oh!my gosh! beautiful open plan of lounge, kitchen with big television screen and sofa seats. There even a swimming pool in this beautiful resort.  I had no right to took photo of the cottages resort but went to the lake to take the beautiful sunset.  I have no authority from this resort to stay or to take photo but at least I spent about forty-five minutes in this beautiful spot without been chase off the premises.

This beautiful holiday resort able to cater up to 12 persons in a barn cottage. Oh! the price for this barn cottage per night is not cheap which start with a few hundred pounds sterling. This was a beautiful place for couples to tie the knot with their love ones.

The beautiful resort is Mill Barn Cottage, Cheshire at Milton Brook. Able to find this place in the internet search.

By the time we reached my daughter apartment, it was eight o'clock and we went for dinner and drove back home again. At least this time I didn't waste the trip of 4 hours without a beautiful photo for memory.

Day trip to Phoenix Park,Ireland on Day 9 - 11/6/12

I have been to Venice for a few days and unable to write my last few days in Ireland. Phoenix Park is the biggest park in the Ireland. My nephews and his friends bought  their puppies to the park for a walk. So this blogging will be all about nature. The three puppies were Charlie the Beagle, Bradley (can't remember what breed Bradley belong to!!) and Demon the sheep dog. We went to the park and let the puppies running up and down on the soft rolling green fields.  Lot of families were out at the park enjoying the sunny day.

After hours spent on training these puppies and  walking along the park enjoying the sunshine and we saw a group of Red Deers and Fallow Deers. These beautiful deers roaming around the park and they able to graze on the grass while the tourists and local sitting around the fields.

Enjoying ourselves for a few hours, my nephews and his friends took the puppies back home. We prefer to strolling along  in the park and enjoying our day here.  The three puppies also will be taking a flight back to Singapore where their owner's family will take care of them. Unfortunately, Demon had been given to a friend due to the owner's family unable to look after him.

We walked  toward the apartment but decided not going back home yet so we went to the city Centre  and sitting in the pub and watching the European Football Cup showing live on the screen.

We went back home to  cook dinner and have an early night. The next day we went to the Chester Beatty Library Galleries. This Library Galleries worth a visit. We were not allow to take any photos in this Galleries. In this Galleries there are lot of different countries old books and cultures. Collections of olden days books from all over the world are kept in this galleries.

After a few hours in the Library we went to do some shopping at the town centre near the Temple bar street there where we can find the high street stores. My daughter bought a bag and got me a raincoat.  We spent another three hours shopping and went back to meet my nephews for dinner at the Korean restaurant again. A night spent on enjoying the beautiful hot Korean dinner and we went back for an early night as our flight to England was next day at 5.00 a.m. so we need to wake up early to catch our flight back.
